EXCERPTS FROM THE BY-LAWS OF THE COPTIC AID FOUNDATION
The property and business of the foundation shall be managed by a board of seven to twelve directors.

The director's term of office is two years.

The directors shall serve as such without remuneration and no director shall directly or indirectly receive any profit from his position as such.

Neither an officer, nor a director, nor the membership can borrow from the corporation's funds under any circumstances.

The board of directors shall take such steps as they may deem requisite to enable the Foundation to acquire, accept, solicit or receive legacies, gifts, grants, settlements, bequests, endowments, and donations of any kind whatsoever for the purpose of furthering the objects of the Foundation.
